About 47sky

Hi! my name is Kelly Kolb and I founded 47sky in 2023 as the culmination of my love for budgeting. I have been budgeting in some form for most of my life, but only when I began using YNAB (You Need A Budget) in 2019 did everything surrounding my money become crystal clear.

I love the YNAB method so much that when the folks at YNAB began offering an opportunity to become a certified YNAB coach I jumped at the chance. I enjoyed the time I got to spend with other budget nerds during the training, and now I look forward to helping others achieve financial freedom and possibly joining me in becoming a budget nerd!

When I’m not checking my budget, I can be found reading, cooking, working on a puzzle or hanging out with my friends and family.

    New to YNAB or budgeting in general? We will spend three sessions learning about budgeting the YNAB way. We will discuss your financial goals and make sure you are on a path to achieve them.

  • Five 1 Hour Sessions {$450}

    Want to do a deep dive into your finances? Or do you find yourself with a lot of debt to eliminate? This option will allow us to spend focused time figuring out how you got here (debt) and how to use YNAB to find your financial freedom.
